    BEWARE. I setup an appointment to visit Bella Fiori. I spoke, several times, to representatives on the phone, and we exchanged many emails with a specific time and date.

    After driving all the way upstate from Long Island for our planned visit, we were blindsided by a RUDE woman (Tina). She obviously didn't remember our appointment which was confirmed on the phone and via email. I still have the email. This wouldn't have been an issue if she would have apologized and tried to accomodate us in some way. She didn't. In face, she was INCREDIBLY RUDE.

    She treated my mother and my mother-in-law with disrespect. Rather than apologize, she continued to make it worse by trying to justify her actions. Including an email afterwards.

    Please, please beware if attempted to visit this site. AWFUL.
