  This place does not deserve even one star. What they have put my mother through is a nightmare! Their billing department has submitted my mother's insurance information incorrectly 4 times now!! She has spent hours of her life on the phone with billing being promised it will be straightened out only to receive another bill 2 months later! This has happened four separate times now!! Because of this my mother is now cancelling her scheduled appointment for her physical which she needs for fear of having to go through this headache again!! We live in New York state and the billing department is in Illinois! They don't care about you and I and will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone!! This is unacceptable and I will tell everyone I know to avoid "care"mount medical!!!!
