  My overall expeirence was ok. The initial experience was stressful and plain out ridiculous. They made me leave the birthing center twice becuase I was not dilating fast enough for them. Meanwhile I lived an hour from the hospital and the pain while to and from the hospital twice was bad enough. To get me to leave the second time, they lied and told me I was not 39 weeks and I explained again that if I left I'd end up comimg right back. Within 3 days I was told to go there and then told to leave twice. I was running on four hours of sleep becuase of travel and being there. After leaving the second time in the afternoon because they lied, I end up calling them again that night because the labor pains kicked up again and even worse to point of me screaming. The same lady, Nancy who told me to leave and said I was only 38 weeks and 5 days earlier that day, says at 12am ill be 39 weeks and only tells me to come back because she hears me scream in pain. Later she ends up delivering me with another woman. Making quiet comments, " I'm old school" with a snear on her face while I'm trying to deliver. She is the most disrespectful old hag ive ever seen in a hospital and if it wasnt for the respectful, knowledgeable, and nice nurses if had throughout my stay I wouldve let her have it before I left. She continuously made comments making fun of me while I was in pain and belittle me several times. NANCY is a horrible person to deliver for you, absolutely disrespectful, and should not under any ciircumstance help another woman. The only outcome of that experience was a healthy child.
  Most of the nurses were great, hospital food if you care, is good.
  I tried to go to a different hospital after they turned me away twice, third time my pain was so bad and didnt have a car, I ended up taking an ambulance. They want you to be delivering on the front stairs, idiots.
